Surf n’ Turf Delight is our most elevated private dining experience, designed for guests seeking a refined, chef-driven evening in an intimate lodge setting. Thoughtfully prepared by our in-house caterer, Trinity River Catering, this experience blends upscale cuisine with the relaxed elegance of the Trinity Alps.
The evening begins with mini crab cakes paired with spicy aioli, followed by beef medallions and grilled prawns served over creamy polenta with garlic cream sauce. The meal is complemented by roasted seasonal vegetables, a seasonal garden salad featuring locally sourced produce from East Weaver Gardens, and homemade herbed focaccia with herbed whipped butter. Dessert concludes the experience with a strawberry shortcake trifle.
