PET POLICY

We are “pet friendly”—within these reasonable limits.  

1.  You have to tell us that you will have pets with you at the time of reservations and check-in. 

2.  You should bring your own pet beds/pet blankets, etc. to help minimize the impact of your pet on subsequent guests. 

3.  Pets may not be left unattended or allowed on beds or other furniture.

4.  Pets are allowed only in designated units, and there is a $10 per night charge for each pet to help defray the extra costs associated with permitting pets. 

5.  Pets must be kept under control by leash or otherwise at all times.  We are not responsible for the safety of your pets or any danger posed by them—you are. 

6.  Please take your pet to the designated “Pet Area” behind the kitchenette units for the “doing of business”, AND clean up after your pet.  Plastic baggies and gloves are available at the office in case you are not prepared.

7. You are free to exercise your pet anywhere on the Lodge grounds so long as you always maintain direct control.

We trust that you will follow these rules and your pets will be well behaved, so we usually do not require a “pet deposit”.  However, you are responsible for any damage done by your pet as well as the safety of your pet and others.  Appropriate charges will be made to your credit card when necessary.
