Nov 18 Report: The Fly Shop
There are quite a few fish in the system with more headed up from the Burnt Ranch area. Not as many salmon are around spawning and you may have to work a little harder to get the fish to eat.

Pat not only developed a fly pattern but helped to create way of guiding that is typically reserved for the, “old guard,” the guides that have been on the river for many years. There’s also a solace every time you catch a fish on a fly designed by a guy you respect.
Nov 7 Report from E.b. Duggan
The good news for this Nov. 7th is that the rain last night, Sunday Nov. 6th, it poured last night (2.33in of rain), the Willow Creek Weir had a great push of steelhead. The weir counted 100 steelhead going through.

The river continues to be in good fishing shape with good amounts of adult steelhead in the system. A lot of salmon are in the river spawning, Kings and Cohos. Make sure you are careful and release the Silvers unharmed, breaking them off is the best bet.
