RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

For holidays and three day weekends—72 hour cancellation policy.

          A valid credit card number will reserve your unit(s) until 5 p.m. of the third day before your reservation commences.  For example if you are making a reservation for the nights of July 3, 4, and 5, we will hold your reservation and you may cancel without charge until 5 p.m. on June 30th.  If you have not cancelled we will charge your credit card for the full amount of your reservation.   We may give you a reminder call, but it is your responsibility to call to cancel your reservation if you must. 

 

For all other weekends (Friday and Saturday nights)—48 hour cancellation policy.

 

The procedure is the same as for holiday weekends, but you may cancel without charge up to 5 p.m. on the day before your reservation commences. 

Weeknights (including Sundays)—5 p.m. cancellation policy.

For all other times, you may cancel without charge until 5 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival. 

 

GROUP RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS

For groups reserving three or four units the policy is the same as for holidays and three day weekends, i.e. a 72 hour cancellation policy.  For groups reserving five or six units the deadline for cancellations is one week before the reservation commences.  For groups reserving more than six units the cancellation deadline is four weeks before the reservation commences. 

 

REFUNDS

Because the Lodge has a small number of units our official policy must be “no refunds” for late cancellations—if we hold unit for you then we are likely turning other business away.  However, we are reasonable folks and will try to work out a fair resolution if you have to cancel after a deadline for a reason beyond your control.
